QHHT Refund & Return Policy
Below is the refund and return policy for all of our merchandise products.
Introduction
Thank you for shopping at QHHT. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the high-quality products we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at QHHT. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at QHHT, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
General Conditions
All products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Since we work with Printful, a print-on-demand drop shipping service, the following conditions apply to all items produced by Printful:
- Every item is unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
- However, Printful and Printify will accept returns or exchanges in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
Return Policy
Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors:
- If the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or error.
- Upon verification, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lost in Transit:
- If your product is lost in transit, contact us no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and if deemed lost, will reprint and resend the item at no charge to you.
Return Procedure:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and detailed information about the issue, including photos if applicable.
Refunds:
- Refunds for damaged items or manufacturing errors will be processed upon successful return of the item in question.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
Return Locations:
The return location for your products will be the same location they were shipped from. Here are some of those locations based on your shipping address.
Products from Printful
Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.
Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to: Unit 3, 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
Packages fulfilled by our partner facilities in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (apparel orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (non-apparel orders, except for phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (phone cases).
Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Japan are returned to: Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
Packages fulfilled by our partner facility in Brazil are returned to: Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias – RJ, Brasil.
Products from Printify
Find the return location on your shipping label. If you have discarded your product shipping information we will happily provide it for you!
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges in the case of damaged goods or manufacturing errors are possible if an identical replacement item is available.
- Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Limitations:
- Items returned for personal reasons (wrong size, change of heart, etc.) will not be accepted. Please review the product description and sizing charts carefully before ordering to ensure the correct fit and satisfaction.
