This is an excerpt from a conversation with Light Councils.

Recently in my QHHT sessions I’ve had many clients who are a member of a Council. I was curious about this and I wanted to ask questions to the Council about the various Councils. This is a small excerpt from a QHHT client who had two sessions, 3 months apart. I went through the progression of a basic past life with the client. In her first session she was energy in the Universe, then went to the current life briefly, had a huge emotional release, and then went back to floating through the Universe as pure source energy.

When it was time to contact the client’s SC, the Council of the 12 Dimension began speaking. I asked if they could answer questions the client had and they said yes. I asked if they could do a healing for the client while I asked questions and they said no. They did answer the clients questions, but I wanted to know why they couldn’t do a healing for her. I asked why not, and they said “…it is not their purpose to do so”. I kept asking why not in different ways. They said they couldn’t heal her. I was told repeatedly that it was not in their power to do so. I thanked them for the information they had given us and then called in the SC who did work on her body.

In the first session, the SC said she has never been in a human body before and that she wanted to experience the conditions that she would discover in her research. This client is a scientist known for her discoveries in genetics, DNA of human conditions. To respect her privacy, this is a very abbreviated description of what she does.

In the client’s second session, I used her ‘keyword’ for the induction and she went under deeply and quickly. The Council of the 12 Dimension immediately came through. I asked if they could answer her questions and they said “yes”. The client was communicating directly with the Council telepathically and then answering the Council’s questions out loud. I wanted to have this on the recording, so I asked to join the conversation. We went through the client’s list of questions and the Council gave detailed information to each of her questions. I asked if they would answer some questions about the Council while doing a healing. The Council said they could answer questions though they would not do a healing. My thoughts were, here we go again, but instead something amazing happened. Like with the SC, I discovered that sometimes you have to be persistent and keep asking the same question in slightly different ways. Finally, I knew I got through to the Council when the client said, “I’m on an operating table with bright lights, but I don’t know where the lights are coming from.”  She said, “I’m in a room, I can’t move, but I’m not scared. I’m very relaxed”.

She said there were many beings working on her. The client was physically smiling. She described the beings as having elongated heads, slit for mouth, large eyes, very tall, long arms and their hands were in a covering, so she couldn’t see them, but the imprint in the covering looked like 3 or 4 fingers. She described them as floating beings, not solid. There were instruments and a beam of light was sent through her body. She said it was very peaceful and relaxing. She said the beings were focused on her body and not talking to her, but she felt safe.

Valerie – (Speaking to the Council) How are you doing the healing? I thought you said this wasn’t your purpose.

Light C ouncil – We are not doing this. We have instructed the technical beings to evaluate and heal her human form. The technical beings work on many life forms and human forms.

V – How do I know it is the Council I am speaking to?

LC – We are light, we are of you, we are a Council of Light helping the Universe at this time and in all times, all dimensions. We are energy, light. ~( I didn’t verbally ask a question here).

LC – You have a responsible mission to bring light to others. (This felt it was in reference to QHHT). Without judgement, without bias, with only love and compassion. This means to not judge yourself, as it lowers the frequency to communicate with us. Now we are affecting the changes in earth (interesting not ‘on’ earth) it radiates and affects changes in the Universe. You are a very small planet in the Multi-Universes. There are many helping, you have heard the other Councils helping at this time and you will hear more Councils speak through those that come to you (sessions). The Council of 8, the Council of 9, and the Council of 12, have recently spoken. Many energetic beings are with you at this time. ~ (The feeling was these are Dimensional Councils not made up of 8, 9, or 12 beings.)

V – Are all beings helping earth at this time? In sessions I’ve heard of beings that are not concerned with the welfare of humans or our planet earth.

LC – It is true there are beings that are scientific, collect data and do not focus on what happens if earth humans continue on a course of destruction. They are non-participants, they are observers, they mean no harm. Your mission is to continue to carry light to others. This will be achieved in many ways through your clients in sessions, many Councils are involved (I didn’t ask this, I was surprised and felt it was for all QHHT Practitioners); through your interaction with other light beings placed on earth who, as you have been told, work in other dimensions, in other forms, and within the human form. (In my sessions lately, clients are working in more than one dimension at the same time).

~ A lot of this felt like it was telepathic. The LC’s answers are all on the recording though not all of my questions.

LC – Their human form is affected as some have difficulty adapting to the density of the form. They have entered the law of freewill (on earth). It is important to ask for our help. We cannot interfere with their earthly form unless they prompt and give permission. When they come to sessions we work on the human form if it is asked.

V – How do they work on earth in a human form and in other dimensions as energy?

LC – The best way to say to your understanding, is that they have many forms. You are made up of a frequency vibration that adjusts to the form that is taken, whether it is human form or other. The technical beings working on her, she spoke of their form to you. When you asked us to help her we need her permission to do the work. The work was started (in the first session by the SC), but could not continue until she adjusted to the light work performed. (Now the second session) We can continue the work.

~ At the beginning of hypnosis the client was whispering “you have my permission, you have my permission”. I asked her who she was talking to, she said “the Council, I have to give my permission”.

LC – You asked us to work on areas of trouble for her. The technical beings did work in these areas. She felt it, (the work they were doing on her) she did not have to experience it. She told us (telepathically) sensation would give proof that something happened as the light beam was directed to the area.

~ The client told me after her session that she asked the Council and the technical beings, to let her feel the work being done. She said it hurt but it made her happy to know precisely where the work was being done. She said she was in continuous communication with the Council telepathically and they were with her. She felt comforted by the communication with the Council. They also showed her, her brain being split in two, down the center. They worked on her electrical brain waves, a surprise to the client. The client told me after the session that she has had brain EEG’s (electroencephalogram a medical test used to measure the electrical activity of the brain) in current life and they don’t match the normal brain waves of a human brain.

V – Is the Light Council and the Council of the 12 Dimension the same?

LC – No. We work together as one and you have contacted both Councils, so we come to you as one. Do you understand?

V – No, I apologize, I don’t understand, tell me more.

LC – There is a Light Council for all Universes. You are speaking to the Light Council in your Universe. We the 12 Dimension Council speak to you with your Universe Light Council. Your work (QHHT) involves members of our Council directly. Your client is a member of our Council of the 12 Dimension, therefore we came to answer her questions and you are the conduit for her to receive information. Now she is aware we are here to help. She can contact us. Do you understand?

V – Yes, thank you for the information you have shared with us today. May I contact you again?

LC – Yes this will happen.
