QHHT Refund & Return Policies
Refund Policy
QHHT will refund any product or online course within 30 days from purchase with the following requirements.
Online Courses: No refunds will be made after the 3rd lesson has been completed, or 30 days has been passed. A $100 non-refundable administrative fee will be applied.
Live Events: Your payment for a live event purchase can be applied to a different live event. Any live events you cancel will be refunded, however, you will be charged a 20% administrative fee.
Return Policy
Returns will be processed in the order they are received. Any money returned will be returned to the payer in the original form of payment. If you paid with a debit or credit card, we will refund the money back to the source card. Please allow for 7-10 days for return processing.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a product at any time. We will not continue to hold on to any records you may have given us during your time on QHHT and will delete any records at your request. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our office.
